The Wanaka Medical Conference began in 2005 at the Edgewater Resort in Wanaka, New Zealand. After three very successful years the Conference expanded its horizons to become the Wanaka Conference Road Trip and ventured to Niseko, Japan and Queenstown, New Zealand. The next conference is in Niseko, Japan from January 10-14 2011. The new format of the Wanaka Conference Road Trip will also continue, with smaller more mobile workshop based conferences held at spectacular locations around the world. Emphasis will be placed on multi-disciplinary workshops/presentations, financial education and an exciting culturally based social programme. So if you have juice for life pumping through your veins, make sure you come and join us. As Nehru once said, "We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open."
